How listing fees and referrals can work
- Apply: submit your firm’s name, service scope, public website and contact for owner review. Application submission is free in this release.
- Review: the platform operator checks identity, licensed scope, service coverage and evidence before approving a commercial listing.
- Agree terms: confirm listing duration, price, tax treatment, refund conditions and sponsored placement in writing. No paid plan or commission schedule is active yet.
- Invoice and collect: use an approved business invoice and payment method. A payment webhook or reconciled manual receipt must confirm payment before paid activation. This portal has no active checkout and does not collect money.
- Refer with consent: record a reference code and the founder’s own request. The operator must separately obtain consent before sharing details with a named provider.
- Reconcile: match the accepted referral, contracted service fee, collected payment, refund window and agreed commission. Pay out only after reconciliation; no commission is promised by this page.
Government incorporation fees, a provider’s service fees, the portal’s listing fee and a referral commission are four separate amounts. Confirm the operator’s permitted commercial activities before charging or brokering a service. No identity documents should be uploaded here.
